The Project Support Team Lead will provide general support across the program. The Project Support Team Lead will help the team to achieve benefits from standardizing and following project management policies, processes and methods and will be the source for guidance, documentation, and metrics. The Project Support Lead reports to their Accenture Supervisor and Client Service Team Manager, while also leading 1-2 analysts on the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that resource onboarding and offboarding processes are followed in an efficient manner to support contract staffing requirements.

  • Work with Client, Accenture, and Teaming Partners on and across their assigned Sustainment Support Team.

  • Plan and execute all required process steps as defined in Accenture Methodologies.

  • Execute communications to targeted stakeholders throughout the Navy ERP program.

  • Create operational documentation.

  • Meet service commitments for assigned deliverables and proactively provide work status.

  • Continuously develop industry knowledge and associated skills.

  • Coordinate work across all Sustainment Support Teams.

  • Organize and prepare work effectively to facilitate proactive resolution of problems.

  • Assist their Accenture Supervisor and Client Service Team Manager in monitoring budget by providing estimated-time-to-complete (ETC) and actuals for assigned tasks.

  • Anticipate, identify, track, and resolve issues and risks affecting the project.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) OR Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree OR an additional 4 years of relevant experience.

  • 2 years with any type of SW products (example SAP).

  • 2 years of Communications or training experience.

  • 1 year of experience with MS Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • US Federal Government IT experience.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong facilitation skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Deadline, detail and teamwork oriented.

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
