U.S. Bank Operations Process Analyst - Open to Remote Work Locations in Albany, New York

Open to Remote Work Location

Partner with their assigned TOS Line of Business and other Risk Process Control groups to create, implement, maintain, review or oversee an effective risk management framework. Participate in projects and/or activities that ensure process control compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and internal policies. Identifies gaps and present solutions that minimize losses resulting from inadequate internal processes, systems or human errors. Collaborate with the business lines and the Business Process Management group (BCM) to assist in building detailed process maps and identifying or reviewing associated procedures. Provide training and become a resource to the business lines to answer questions about risk and controls. Identifies, responds and/or escalates risks as appropriate.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Five to eight years of experience in regulatory compliance activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Thorough knowledge of U.S. Bancorp operations, policies and procedures

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Strong collaboration skills with remote contacts

  • Ability to provide control analysis of internal workflows and procedures

  • Excellent attention to detail
