Oracle Data Cloud (ODC) - Publisher Success Manager
role will be an integral part of the cross-functional team helping Publishers
monetize their valuable ad inventory via 1st party data (BlueKai DMP), 3rd
party audiences (Oracle Data Cloud) and attention/brand safety (Moat). The
Publisher Success Manager role has two major functions:
strategic publishers using the BlueKai Data Management Platform (DMP), the PSM
is the account owner and the publisher’s central point of contact to support,
optimize and grow their DMP usage.
net new DMP clients for the Oracle Data Cloud
strong problem solving skills, project management expertise, ad tech industry
knowledge, client-focus and organizational awareness, you are capable of
intervening where needed to ensure that any roadblocks to customer success are
removed as efficiently as possible.
primary responsibilities of this role include:
existing Publisher customer relationships and onboarding new customers to the
Bluekai Data Management Platform (DMP)
Sell the ODC DMP offering to net new publisher
clients, as well as DMP expansion renewals
Develop a robust pipeline of opportunities and
develop those opportunities through all selling phases including contracting
and final close.
Respond to publisher RFI and RFPs for DMP, owning
the process, with responsibility for certain content and the overall
deliverable to the client.
as the front-line user support and bringing in technical/product resources as
needed. Scoping new product and integration requests for feasibility
expertise on DMP resources and capabilities and conducting trainings for Ad
Ops, Research and Ad Sales teams
the DMP vision, product roadmap, and recommendations
account planning / quarterly business reviews and managing account
upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities. Leading the renewal strategy
including contract negotiation and pricing
Deep knowledge of DMP capabilities through direct
ownership as a client, a sales role selling DMP, or a client-facing role
supporting AdAge 100 DMP clients.
Deep understanding of the Ad Tech Ecosystem and all
of the entities that integrate with a DMP, including but not limited to DSPs,
registration-based consumer platforms/publishers, 3p data providers, site
optimization tools, modeling/analytics applied to 1p and 3p data, etc.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.
Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. Prefer 8 years of related experience with a secondary education in Marketing or a related field.
