Minimum Qualifications

Must be comfortable working on a computer, have experience in the Microsoft Suite of applications (Excel, Work and Outlook), be able to learn new software applications and processes; have good math skills, good written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service. Candidate must demonstrate professional and cooperative behavior with coworkers, vendors and other agency representatives.
