The Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for customer calls and “walk-ins.” The Customer Service Representative listens and responds to customer service needs with the appropriate level of urgency. This position is responsible for all initial communication and research regarding patient accounts and handles all correspondence, documentation, and files in a professional and confidential manner.

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • One (1) year experience in a healthcare setting preferred

  • One (1) year customer service experience preferred
