Job Description

Experienced Part Time Administrative Assistant needed for an established Insurance Company in the Latham area. Flexible hours and days ( 20-25 hours / week). Pay range 15.00-20.00/hour.

Job requirements and duties include:

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office's suite of applications.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast paced professional environment.

  • Experience handling sensitive, confidential business information with discretion.

  • General office duties such as filing, faxing, copying, and distributing mail.

  • Answering, screening, and directing incoming phone calls

  • Insurance background helpful but not necessary.
